Creatively write your own story but as your healed self.

We will explore ways to make your story descriptive and enjoyable to write and read. 

But more importantly, this class will allow you to explore what your true potential is!! Who you are without your pain, fatigue, depression etc. 

How you view your healed self compared with your healing self is important to explore, as it allows you to envision a life with no symptoms and aim for that!

As your Creative Healing Coach I am here to guide you through the process and allow you to talk through any fears and blocks you are facing.

All you need is pen and paper and an open mind and wild imagination!!
