Mindful Mandalas

Learn how to draw mandalas and take your doodling to a new level!

Mandalas are ancient symbols that, in Hinduism and Buddhism, represent the Universe and the Cosmos and your spiritual journey.

Mandalas have many uses including meditation, relaxation, calming the mind and removing negative thoughts, as well as allowing the creative mind to run free.

I love the geometry and symmetry of it as well as how calming it is to colour these in once you're done drawing them.

As your Creative Healing coach I am here to guide you through drawing, colouring and utilising mandalas in your healing practice.

For this class you will need paper, pencil, ruler, protractor (or something to draw circles with), an ink pen and some coloured pens/pencils.
